Arbitration

With complete neutrality, and based on the rules of evidence, arbitration is the best solution in cases where clients cannot decide together.

Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution that is generally quicker and less expensive than litigation. It allows parties to control the process, including the selection of the arbitrator, who will hear the case and render a decision.

Arbitration can be used in many types of disputes, including commercial disputes, labor disputes, and family law matters. Unlike litigation, arbitration is binding and private—the parties involved are often not required to disclose details of their dispute to anyone else.
